This project is a large-scale role-play illustration, created using reference photos of a classmate for the pose of a character. Costumes and the scene were added from additional references to complete the composition. The drawing, measuring 4 by 3 feet, required careful attention to overall composition, value range, and perspective. It depicts an empress character commanding a minister who is kneeling in the foreground.
