This project makes the passage of time physical; instead of passively reading the time, this object asks the user to manually maintain the clock, implicating them in the passage of time. To turn the clock, stabilize the blue screen with one hand while turning the popsicle stick gear in the back counter-clockwise. The project is inspired by the Anchor Clock in Vienna, a clock that uses linear movement to rotate a band of 12 sculptures through a time indicator.
